It was totally insane. I was so confused, yet had to figure out a lesson plan in like 2 hours. I pulled it off, by the skin of my teeth. Not really it was TOTAL failure, but my second class was a riot! The one kid who shares a name with my brother is the funniest damn kid. Holy! GREAT kids in that class I hope to keep them until I leave for sure! The rest of the day kept getting better one by one. Until the day was over. It was 100% exhausted. I was DEAD, but I had work to do at home, some marking some figuring out what to do in the classes.
Seeing as it's is Wednesday.
Tuesday went smoother and today better still. I know pretty much how things go on around here. So that's great. I'm observing classes, which at this point feel kinda redundant, but I have to so I won't complain TOO MUCH.
After work, (Third day of 9-7) we had dinner/work meeting. Meaning the four new people had to sing. So Bill (Canadian) sang 'O Canada' IN FRENCH! Hilarious. I totally remember all the words, I'm awesome. Claire (his wife...I think) sang 'I'm a little tea pot'. Mel and I as a duo sang. STEP BY STEP. Mr. Kim gave up a BIG clap. We rule. hahah. Mr. Kim also gave up a toast, which was awesome. BUT my cup was full of beer. And apparently you have to chug it. I did so. And that is where we are now. Slightly tipsy. Good place to be in Korea. haha. So now I believe it is time to shower and get the Korean BBQ smell off me for the night. I will post after I'm clean about the Seoul trip! Which was AWESOME!
