Another weekend down.

Oh my sweet lord.  That was quite a weekend.  I have no idea why they pass so quickly.

Friday, a lot of drinking in a new town.  They had Canadian beer! by that I mean Moosehead. I still went for the cheap stuff.  A new girl (a friend one my friend now) and her friends live in that town, so we were invited.  They all left, she ended up staying with us.  A Korean man attempted to bed her in a way.  Quite funny because he was so drunk.  The bartender came and apologized to her. Nice man that barkeep.  So back to Sanbon and karaoke again, but we drank soju and orange juice. This time til 6.

Up on Saturday.  Did nothing til 6.  When we drank, more beer. This time in a weird bar with crazy glasses.  I have photos.  You can get a single, double or triple.  And you keep them in these cup holders that are 4C.  Apparently if you nurse you're beer they're freeze to the cupholder.  No ones froze. One of my friends got rather tipsy and began throwing these things (kinda like the styrofoam things you get in a box when you get a package, but they're food here and obviously not styrofoam) at the guy who was with us.  A lot of throwing occurred between the two.  Which got us rather dirty looks from the Koreans.  We left soon after.  Dinner time.  We had galbi.  It's good.  Then we went to this bar called Psycho.  It's full of foreigners and not in Sanbon.  The ladies (myself included) got hit on by and Irishman. What up.  Mel got hit on by a man from Boston.  hah.  The bands were ok.  The one girl behind the bar started her own band to play this show.  They know 3 songs, they tried their best.  But it was all girls so every chick was screaming for them haha.  They were cool. I met another Stacy. She looks like Rosario Dawson but prettier.  I like her. We got many photos together.  Then off to MC's. A hip hop bar.  It's Korean 29 park and white people ARE THE PARTY.  Yea you heard me. That place was all over us.  It was HILARIOUS.  I have never been grabbed like that in my life.  Odd, but fun, because they all want to be like you so they'll dance just like you.  I was a superstar that night.  Then again karaoke until 5am.

Sunday hah. 2pm off to another Seoul part.  Gum something.... it had a Dr.Fish (we have one in town, but the fish we not there last time) SO 5 of us from the school go.  Dr. Fish is PACKED.  We get some coffee/tea/etc and wait to put our feet in the fishes.  So they have these like 5 feet long troughs in the ground (there are 2 of them) with 2 sinks in between.  What you do is wash your feet in the sink. Then put them in the long trough with the fish.  The fish nibble at your feet and eat the dead skin.  SERIOUSLY. Ok at first it was like WTF am I doing. Mel quit early.  I was in it to get some soft feet.  So heel first. It was like someone was pricking you foot to tickle it.  When you put your whole foot in, sometimes it was like a fork being jammed into your foot. SO strange.  But the girl who had gone before told us that these were the biggest fish, usually the use the small ones and it doesn't feel that weird, but if we got use to them we'd be fine with the little ones. I'm 100% up for doing that again. It costs 2 dollars for 15.  hah Then we had BUFFET. ENGLISH FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had fried chicken and chinese food (it was sweet and sour chicken), i made my own chicken fajitas, nachos and chicken, salad (with good cherry tomatoes), pineapple, pizza, quesdillas and a lot of sour cream. Then home.

Today was Monday. I got another class. These kids are 12 years old.  I apparently also have my won classroom after kindy. It's the pink room.  Fitting I suppose.  So I walk in and this one kid goes are you the new teacher? I said yes. He said New teacher is very pretty. I said new student is very smart. He is my new favourite.  Seeing as my other little shit today told me I was fat. I told him he has a huge head.  That was the end of the discussion.  Next time he's gonna hear me say, "Are you Japanese?" (The don't like Japanese folks here...due to the many hostile takeovers; kinda like America and the rest of the world; SORRY I HAD TO. that was good burn) anyway, I'm glad today is over and the nice person with the great internet connection once again has let me use theirs for my pleasure.  Thank you Korea.

Also I had a great dinner today. I'm full!  Japanese food. haha
